The Man Who Was Thursday: A Nightmare
by G.K. Chesterton, audio book narrated by Simon Vance, originally published in 1908, christianaudio/Hovel Audio, 2004
This book was not what I expected as I thought I was going to be treated to a mystery. It took a couple of pretty neat turns and had some comical moments, but then morphed into a mystical/allegorical happening with religious overtones. The way the book began and the characters who were portrayed suggested much more potential. This is not what it delivered.
