Richard W. Staack and Family - daughter Evangeline and wife Edith Bertha (Brandis) Staack
Photographer might be Banks Brothers which operated their studio at 19 Twentieth Ave. West in Duluth from 1894 to 1896.
Individuals in the photograph are most likely Richard W. Staack, his daughter, Evangeline, and wife, Edith Bertha (Brandis) Staack. Evangeline and her parents are listed in the 1895 Minnesota State Census as living in Duluth so it supports that this photograph is this family. Evangeline was born in 1890 so the girl could certainly be four or five years old. Richard was born in 1864 so he would be 31 in 1895. Edith was born in 1865 so she would have been 29 in 1895.
