      In this city, October 5, 1930, Stephen J. Crane, dearly beloved husband of Elsie M. Crane, loving father of Byron, William, John Richard, and Alma Crane and brother of Mrs. Mabel Pierson of Chicago, Mrs. Clara Dailey and Miss Alma Crane of Los Angeles, a native of Indiana. Friends are invited to attend the funeral services today (Tuesday) at 3:30 p.m. at the chapel of H.F. Suhr Co., 2919 Mission St. near 25th. Interment Cypress Lawn Memorial Park. [1]
