  August John "A.J." Mushinski, 85, was born August 28, 1930 in Bremond, Texas and passed away July 18, 2016 in Conroe, Texas. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council #2917 and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church of Conroe, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Lige Mushinski and Stella Markowski Mushinski; brothers, Stanley, LB and Lee Mushinski and sister, Natalie Duhr. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sophie Okonski Mushinski; sons, Thomas Mushinski and partner Emily Wilkins, and Richard Mushinski and wife Marcia; grandsons, Michael and wife Deanna, Alan and wife Jennifer, Donald and wife Rebecca; granddaughters, Aubrey Ann Mushinski and Kelsie Wilkins; great grandchildren, Bradley, Hannah, Kaitlyn and Ann-Marie; brother Paul Mushinski and wife Clara; sister, Connie Gannon; numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Thursday, July 21, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. with a rosary service at 7 p.m. at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 22, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home with interment immediately to follow in Earthman Resthaven Cemetery. [4]
