  Victor died at the Mankato Health Care Center. Victor was born to George and Marguerite (Woods) Holcomb in Mankato. He attended school in Mankato also. He married Betty LeMoine May 7, 1965 in Mankato. In 1994 he retired after 30 years with Kato Engineering. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, western movies and reading. He was a member of the American Legion Post 11. Victor is survived by his wife Betty; one daughter and her husband, Shari and Dave Baker of Mankato; three grandchildren; four brothers, Francis and his wife Jean, Marion and his wife Judy and Ira, all of Mankato, and George and his wife Bert of Kasota; one sister Mary Holcomb of Colorado and nieces and nephews. Victor was preceded in death by four brothers and two nephews. [5]
