  KATHERINE JEAN ULLOM, 55, of Katy, passed away Saturday, October 16, 1999, at her home in Katy. Survivors: Husband: Michael C. Ullom of Katy, Tx., Sons: Scott and Michelle Ullom of Midland, Tx., and Terry and Cricket Ullom of Sweeny, Tx., Grandchildren, Michael Ullom, Mitchell Ullom, and Dylan Ullom. Parents: Corwin and Jean Allar of Hayward, Wisconsin; Brothers: Gary Allar of Rochester, Minnesota, Steve Allar of Beulah, North Dakota, and Jeffery Allar of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and numerous nieces and nephews. As well as being a Wife, Mother, and Grandmother, Kathy was a volunteer at the Katy Medical Center. Mrs. Ullom will lie in state at the SCHMIDT FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, in Katy, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Monday, October 18, 1999. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at St. Peter's United Methodist Church, 20775 Kingsland Blvd., Katy, with Rev. Gail Ford Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to the Houston Hospice, 8811 Gaylord Dr., Houston, Texas 77024.
