Norton &amp; Company<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a fascinating (and sad) story that centers on our public health system in the U.S. and how it responded to the Covid-19 pandemic. It&#8217;s difficult to believe that the United States can even function as we operate this country as a collection states, and even counties, all doing their own thing   even in time of dire crisis. Reading this book is believing that we have to come up with a way to do it better in the future or the resulting chaos will be the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The book was not organized very well and the narrative didn&#8217;t connect or flow well.  Also, many of the quotations were laced with profanity.  Does everyone, even individuals who are supposedly respected public servants, really talk that way?
